How to mark your Amazon orders as despatched from One Stop Order Processing-

The following guide will explain how to ship Amazon Orders from One Stop Order Processing.

 

Manually marking Amazon Orders as Shipped-

This feature is available with Lite, Professional, Premium and Enterprise subscriptions of One Stop Order Processing.

To manually mark your Amazon Orders as Shipped you can do the following.

To Note - This feature is available in all subscriptions of One Stop Order Processing, although it is worth noting that with the Lite subcription you will also need to mark these orders as shipped from within Amazon as you cannot connect One Stop Order Processing to your chosen selling channel with this subcription.

1.Tick the Amazon Orders you would like to be marked as shipped.


2.Click the Ship Orders Button.



3.A Green tick will then appear next to the order line to show this order has been shipped.

 

Automatically marking Amazon Orders as Shipped-

This feature is available with Professional, Premium and Enterprise subscriptions of One Stop Order Processing.

In One Stop Order Processing you can automatically have your Amazon Website updated with your courier information when orders are marked as ship from within One Stop Order Processing.

The following instructions explain how to do this.

To Note - Before doing the following steps you will need to have your Amazon account linked to One Stop Order Processing, click here for information on how to do this.



1.Click the menu option tools -> Options






2.Click the Shipping Tab



3.Tick Amazon, this will allow One Stop Order Processing to update Amazon with courier information when orders have been shipped.



4. Next Tick the Wait until shipped option. This option allows you to have your orders only marked as shipped in both applications once Amazon has confirmed that these orders have been shipped.

To Note – If Amazon do not confirm that the order has been shipped due to an error it will then not be marked as shipped.
