I purchased a Product Mash feed license but cannot trial a different feed

Scenario : You have a license for one or more feeds in the Product Mash but you are unable to trial any other feeds.
If you have purchased a feed/license from us in the past, the other feeds will have automatically continued with the "30 day trial" even after you install your purchased feed's license.
After this 30 day period, the other feeds will expire and grey out and your purchased license feed will continue on normally.
You will be unable to re-download a trial for other licenses as this just re-downloads the same software and does not activate any new trials (the software knows it has already run a trial license)
If you wish to trial one of the other feeds, please email us for a new 30 day trial license, giving the details requested below.
Emailing us for a new license
When you email us for a new trial license, please ensure you include the following information.
Name and Company Name
License(s) previously purchased (if any)
Version of Actinic you are running
Product Feed(s) that you require the new 30 day trial license for (eg Google Product Search/Amazon Seller Central/Ebay Turbo Lister etc)
Email your request to support (at) mole-end (dot) biz
