I have a support issue, what should I do?

Initially you should look in our FAQ and knowledgebase as your question may have already been asked before.

How to use the Knowledgebase

If it isn't covered you can create a support ticket on our support system to enter your query. This will then be responded to by one of our support staff as soon as possible.
