Changing the values sent to RoyalMail DMO

One Stop Order Processing allows integration with Royal Mail DMO, creating a view that contains the relevant information DMO requires.

If you don't want to use the default values setup for Royal Mail Despatch Manager Online (DMO) you can use the following approach to change the values to those needed for your labels.

1 Select the View->Customize Current view menu option.
2 In the area on the right side labelled selected click on DMO:Service.
3 Click on the Amend field details button (at the bottom of the selected area).
4 In the Default field value field type in the text you want to appear, e.g. TRA.
5 Click OK.
6 Close the Select Fields to Display dialog.

You can repeat this for the other fields needeing different values, e.g. the DMO:Weight field can be changed to 0.2 and the DMO:Service Format can be changed to N.
