Posted by Pat Strassen, Last modified by Zoe Strassen on 12 October 2016 12:49 PM

When you use Avery Label Paper, e.g. L8162 (16 labels per sheet) you need to setup Microsoft Internet Explorer with specific margin settings. This is explained below:

1 One Stop Order Processing uses Microsoft Internet Explorer to print. You don't need to use Microsoft Internet Explorer as your default Internet browser. To setup printing start Microsoft Internet Explorer.

2 Make sure that the menu bar is shown, if it is go to step 3. If not turn menus on by right clicking in the top area and ticking Menu bar. This is shown below:

3 Select the Page setup menu option.

4 Select the correct paper size (A4), and Margins (Left as 19.05, Right as 19.05, Top as 13 and Bottom as 11.9), shown below:

5 Click OK. When you print One Stop Order Processing uses Microsoft Internet Explorer. Preview will use your current default Internet Browser.
