How do I send a screenshot to support?

To take a screenshot on your computer, press the 'PrtScn' button on your keyboard. This is normally on the top row and to the far right. If you also hold down the Alt-key (alt-PrtScn) then it will only take a screenshot of the currently selected window. This will copy the screen into your clipboard, so you can just paste it straight into an email to send to us.
