How do I send a screenshot to support?

The following guide explains how to send a screenshot to support.

To take a screenshot on your computer, press the 'PrtScn' button on your keyboard. This is normally on the top row and to the far right.

If you also hold down the Alt-key (alt-PrtScn) then it will only take a screenshot of the currently selected window. This will copy the screen into your clipboard, so you can just paste it straight into an email to send to us or you can paste it into a file and then attach the file to your ticket before sending it.
