Printing can take a very long time or does not work as it previously did.
The problem has been caused by a Microsoft bug in Internet Explorer. The problem does not appear in Internet Explorer 8. Some PCs have a problem printing using Windows Vista, Windows 7 and 8 either using Internet Explorer 9, 10 and 11. Microsoft have not resolved this issue at the current time.
We are working on a solution to work around the problem with Internet Explorer. However, until this workaround has been developed there are 2 ways to print invoices (and other details) correctly.
1 Use a different default browser to Preview (Select the File->Preview->Invoice menu option) the details and print using the other browser. You need to set FireFox, Safari or other Web Browser as you default Web Browser.
2 Uninstall Internet Explorer 9, 10 or 11 and install Internet Explorer 8.
