Program shuts down after clicking continue on start up dialogue box.

If the program shuts down after the you click continue on the first dialogue box, this usually means that you have not selected a licence. This only occurs on the newest versions.

To fix this you must select the tick box to the left of the valid licence you wish to use and then start the application by clicking 'Continue'. This is shown below.
