How to log in to my support account

The following guide explains how to log into your support account.

You can only login if you have registered your details with the support system. If you haven't done this, we recommend you read through the following article:

How do I set up a support account? 

Logging In

You can log in to the support system by filling your details into the login box on the main support page. The login area is in the top left hand corner of the page as shown in the diagram below:

To login, complete the following steps:

  • Enter the email address used when you registered with the support system into the box marked 1 below.
  • Enter your password into the box marked 2 below.
  • If you would like the system to keep you logged in tick the box marked 3 below.
  • Now click on the Login button.

If you cannot remember your password you can click on the "Lost password" button to reset it.
