Why should I use my support account?

The following guide explains why you should use your support account.

Having a support account gives you a record of all interactions made between you and our staff. This will allow you to easily look back and revisit previous questions and answers. 

If you enter a ticket on the support system, you will be given a list of knowledgebase articles that are relevant and might help solve your problem as you enter the ticket. This often leads to an instant solution and therefore saves you time.

In addition to this it gives you instant access to all of your past tickets you have submitted in one place making it easier to find the one you are after. An example of this can be seen in the image below.
