How to filter to get all but one highlighter colour(requires Professional or higher)
Posted by Customer Support, Last modified by Zoe Strassen on 04 January 2017 12:59 PM

You can use the stored filter feature used in this guide only in the Professional or higher version of One Stop Order Processing.

To filter to get all but some highlight colours you must do the following.

1. Select the first colour you wish to filter with. This is done by using the Order Selection menu and clicking the Refresh button as seen below:

2. Click the Plus Icon next to use stored filters this is shown below. This starts the setup for storing the filter.

3. This will open the Custom Filter Dialogue box. The filter code states it is only showing the orders with colours equal to the colour. Image below shows this.

4. You need to change this code to say show all code that is not equal to the colour. This is shown below.

This will filter the orders to show all that are not this colour.

5 Name the stored filter and click OK.

6 To use a filter, tick Use Stored Filters and select the filter from the drop down menu.
