How to make sure that the automated download continues to run

If you have noticed that orders are not appearing in One Stop Orders, it may be that One Stop Automation (OSA) is not running.

To make sure that you have the One Stop Order Processing software to run on start-up, you will need make sure that the scheduler will run as normal when you turn on your computer. This will allow OSA to import your orders.

When you install the software, you will be given the option to run the software on start up of your machine.

This will make sure that the software will run upon start up of the computer and the scheduler will continue pulling orders for when it was set for.

You can check if this has been done by going to Start->All Programs->Startup. One Stop Orders will appear here if you have set it correctly.

If you are unable to see whether the scheduler for OSA is running in the taskbar at the bottom, there may be a setting that needs to be changed.

The icon in the taskbar will look like either one of the following depending if there is a schedule running or not. OSA desktop icons

If you go to Tools->Automatically Import and Process Orders, select the relevant licence you are using (minimum of Professional required), a dialog will pop up. There is a tick box for Hide from Windows task bar.

If this is unticked, you will be able to make sure that OSA is running by checking it in the task bar. The image below shows where this option is.
