Why aren't all my Ebay orders marked as shipped on Ebay?

Some orders where the customer has ordered multiple items (or had 2 orders merged) and you ship these from One Stop Order Processing the orders were not being marked as shipped on Ebay.

This problem has now been resolved in this release.
