How to export your orders to Royal Mail DMO

The following article explains how to export your orders to Royal Mail DMO.

This feature is available in the Professional, Premium and Enterprise subscriptions of One Stop Order Processing.

One Stop Order Processing (OSOP) allows you to use the order information retrieved from your sales channel and export it in a format that is accepted by Royal Mail DMO.

Once you have imported your orders into OSOP from any of the supported selling channels, you are then able to use the order information and export it to a file that DMO accepts. This helps speed up the process of using Royal Mail DMO allowing you to import all of your orders at once into DMO.
