I get an error when I ship my Ebay or Amazon order if it has components
Posted by Pat Strassen, Last modified by Zoe Strassen on 17 January 2017 02:14 PM

Introduced in version 2.0.0.29

If you define a product in One Stop Order Processing that has components that are automatically created when orders are imported this can cause problems when shipping an order and updating the Ebay or Amazon website.

When you define a product in One Stop Processing you can set the product's details to include components (on the Components tab on the Product Details). For example, you sell a desktop computer on Ebay as a single item. When you create the order in One Stop Order Processing you may want to show what items to package. You define the Ebay computer to have components of a Base Unit. Keyboard, Monitor and Mouse. When you update Ebay with the shipped status of the order's items you don't want to include any components that are in the order (as Ebay does not know about the additional items), an example is shown below:

This issue is resolved in this version of the software.
