Automated Order Import (Professional / Premium Versions) - Recommended **

It is easy to set One Stop Order Processing up to import orders automatically, you simply have to setup a new import feed and authorise OSOP with Ebay. Once this is done you can then choose to import orders at scheduled times or simply click a button to import your orders.

The knowledgebase articles below explain how to set this up.

Manual Order Import (Lite)

Manual order import is a two stage process, you first export your orders from Ebay by logging into your Ebay account and running an order export report,  then you import the file into OSOP.

Note: If your imported orders do not contain the shipping method information please make sure that you are using the latest version of the software because eBay changed their export format earlier this year and that change caused this field to be omitted.
