One Stop Order Processing allows you to efficiently manage and monitor your products stock.

When orders are imported, One Stop Order Processing creates a product automatically which can then be used in the Product Management area.

You can also create the products manually or import them in bulk through a csv file.

Using these products, you can track the amount of stock you have left and bulk update stock details.

When you import an order and the product has already been set up in One Stop Order Processing, this will deduct the amount ordered from the stock held.

The following dialog is where you will manage your products.

Product Management

You can find specific products by typing in the Find text area and clicking on the Find button. This will look in all fields for the products. You can also filter products on all of the main product details. This can be useful if your products are all listed by SKU, SupplerBin.Location or another common field.

The Product Management area has many features such as:

  • Quick and easy product creation
  • Automatic stock reorder levels
  • Bulk stock details update
  • Export stock order for certain suppliers
  • Full SKU stock control 

Coming soon, there will be an automatic product download available when you are using eBay or Amazon on a Premium license.
