Introduced in version

Each product in One Stop Order Processing can be linked to remote websites to update their stock levels.

NOTE: This feature is only available in the Premium and Enterprise versions of the software.

If you have previously setup Order Type SKUs for products and want to update the information from any new orders OR you want to link the Order Type SKUs to their respective websites so that stock can automatically be updated you can use this option.

To update the product mapping do the following:

1. Select the orders to update the information from. You can do this on the main window (and then go into Product Management).
2 When in Product Management tick the orders to update the information for.
3 Select the PRoducts->Details->Update Order Type SKUs menu option.

You are shown the following dialog:

4 Choose whether to only Add new SKU mappings found or update all the SKUs (including any already setup).

5 Choose whether you want to get the order SKU information from all the orders or those shown in the main One Stop Order Processing window

6 Click on the Get SKUs button to update the product details.
