Error when shipping orders: 'CRemoteProcess: A courier has not been defined for Item...'

In One Stop Order Processing, if you are using the automated shipping status update feature, you will need to make sure there is a courier defined in an order.

If there is no courier defined, you may experience an issue when trying to ship the orders where you get the shipping error message 'CRemoteProcess: A courier has not been defined for Item 1234567'

This error will be returned when the 'Courier to use' field is not entered in an order.

If you do not always enter a courier you can set a default courier to use so this error will not happen again by going to:

Tools / Options / Shipping tab and entering a default courier to use for your orders in the 'Default Courier' field.
