Database issue when importing orders into One Stop Order Processing

The following guide explains what to do if a database issue occurs when you are importing into One Stop Order Processing.

When using One Stop Order Processing, you may experience an issue when using one of the features such as importing orders.

It is likely to look similar to one of the following:

'Unable to run the SQL'

'The error returned by the database is:'

'ODBC Error'

If you experience an issue with the software where these error messages appear or anything similar, it is likely that your database will need to be updated to the latest one.

We recommend that you get in contact with our support team with the error messages that you are getting and they will assist you on how to update your database.
