The following guide explains how to import weight and other product details when you import your orders

This feature is available in the Professional, Premium and Enterprise subscriptions of One Stop Order Processing.

When importing and downloading orders from eBay, you can also import the product details from the listing. (Features in Professional and Premium)

The information that is imported from the listings can be useful when exporting orders to third party platforms such as courier and accounting systems.

The following dialog shows all the information you can download from your eBay listings.

You will need to tick the fields for the information that you would like to import from the listings.

Import Ebay listing details

This dialog is located on the Import Orders page (as shown below), once you have ticked the 'Update details from website' options; you can click on the ... button button to tick the fields you would like to import from the listing. Your next import will then include these details in the products.

When you next import your eBay orders, you will be able to see all the product information that was imported from your listings. If you open a product up, you will see on the Feed Details tab further listing information such as the links for the images, listing URL, Brand, Category, Duration of the listing etc.
