How to export orders using views:

Within One Stop Order processing we have created some views that will allow you to be able to export the relevant information from your orders to other service providers e.g. couriers or accounting software.

Currently we have export views available for: (Click on the names for more information)

- Amazon Shipping Confirmation
- Ebay Shipping Confirmation
- DHL
- FedEX
- Interlink
- Metapack
- Microsoft Word Invoice
- MyHermes
- Parcelforce
- PO Proof of Posting
- Quickbooks
- Royal Mail DMO
- Sage
- Smart Stamp
- Tradebox
- UK Mail
- UPS
 - Royal Mail Click and Drop

You can also customize the views to help you speed up the process of exporting, the following link gives you more information.

Note: when changing view to export you must not add in (without unticking "include in exported information") or change the order of the fields as this will cause the view to not be imported in to other service provider.

If one of the above views does not appear in your export options you will need to click the customize current view button, click import

Then go to the file location C:\OSOP\Main and choose the view it will be a .MEV file.

If you would like a custom view created you can create a ticket at the following link.
