The following article explains how to print the best quality courier labels generated via Netdepsatch.

This feature is available in theĀ Professional, Premium and Enterprise subscriptions of One Stop Order Processing.

You should make sure that the best quality label is printed, to make sure Royal Mail (or Couriers) can scan your parcels correctly in their delivery network.

This can be down to the quality setting used in the printer setup (e.g. Citizen CLP-521 printer). To resolve this issue you should make sure the best quality label is printer.

For example, in the Printer Preferences for your Label Printer, in the Graphics tab make sure that the resolution is set to the highest setting (e.g. 8 dpmm) and Dithering is set to a suitable quality (e.g. Ordered).
