One Stop Order Processing Icons

There are 9 main icons in One Stop Order Processing. They are located beneath the menu bar.


New Order-

The first icon is ‘New Order’. By clicking this button it opens a ‘Customer’ window where you can input details for new and previous customers along with adding items and shipping details to the order.


Open Site –

The next icon along is ‘Open Site’. This allows you to make changes to both local and remote sites. You can create and rename sites here.


Import Orders-

This icon is the ‘Import Orders’ button. Clicking this allows you to import orders from sites such as eBay and Amazon along with the ability to ‘Set up Automatic Imports and Processing...’ and ‘Adjust TAX:’.

Export Orders –

Next to ‘Import Orders’ is the ‘Export Orders’ you can differentiate between them by the direction and colour of the arrow. The ‘Export Orders’ button allows you to export select orders from the current view to a variety of couriers such as MyHermes.

Options –

The ‘Options’ Button as represent by two clogs and a tick takes you to a lobby with an array of tabs where you can add and change information for different fields such as ‘Invoice Options’ and ‘Shipping’.


Customize Current View –

The ‘Customize Current View’ icon allows you to create different views to display different fields all on one screen.

Show Customers –

The icon represented by two people, is the ‘Show Customers’ button. This allows you to quickly see and search through customers.


Product Management –

The ‘Product Management’ button allows you to view, check and combine orders easily and quickly.

Refresh –

 The last icon is he ‘Refresh’ button, this allows you to refresh the database to show the most up to date information.
