How to Back up your Database in One Stop Order Processing -

A data base is an area in which all the information about your orders and order details is hold.It is good practice you have your Database backed up ; having this information allows you to restore your database quickly and easily . Also the support team may also need to see your database to resolve some issues.

1.Click ‘Housekeeping’ found at the top of the screen in the navigation bar.

2. Click ‘Backup /Restore’ from the drop-down menu.

3. To back up the database click ‘Backup now’ this option should be followed by the current date and time.

Back up settings  -

One Stop Order Processing allows you to customize your back up settings for example if you want to back up your 'orders' or 'settings files' or both and how regularly you want them to be backed up .

Follow the steps above but instead of clicking ' Backup now' click 'Set Backup Options'. This will take you to a screen where you can customize your back up settings.

If an issue arises and you need to contact support or you need to email your database regularly, we recommend sending it securely using a product such as Mail Big File to allow customer data to remain safe.
