INTRODUCED IN VERSION 2.0.0.29 When you create orders and ship them you can now add additional information to the order and, if you are updating Ebay or Amazon, also include macros to dynamically change the values used (e.g. have different couriers for different shipping methods). INTRODUCED IN VERSION 2.0.0.29 When you click on the Ship Orders button on the main screen you can choose to update the Amazon website with shipping details (Courier and Tracking information). INTRODUCED IN VERSION 2.0.0.29 If you define a product in One Stop Order Processing that has components that are automatically created when orders are imported this can cause problems when shipping an order and updating the Ebay or Amazon website. INTRODUCED IN VERSION 2.0.0.29 If you amend the quantity of an Amazon order and mark the item as shipped Amazon will report a problem with shipping the item. This is because Amazon expects the quantity to be the amount that the customer ordered nd not what it has been amended to. This problem has been resolved in this version of the software. INTRODUCED IN VERSION 2.0.0.29 If you use the Delivery Firstname or Delivery Lastname in a custom OSOP import file the values are defaulted from the Invoice Firstname and Invoice Lastname. This issue has been resolved in this release. The correct values are now imported from the Delivery Firstname or Delivery Lastname fields in the import file.
INTRODUCED IN VERSION 2.0.0.29 This issue has been fixed in this release. If you are using a previous release you should delete the view with error and import the view directly using the Customize current view menu.
INTRODUCED IN VERSION 2.0.0.29 If you import orders using the OSOP format and you don't use the currency field in the import, but reply upon on the default import type being set in the Import Orders dialog, the currency will always be set to £ (GBP). This problem has now been fixed in this release. INTRODUCED IN VERSION 2.0.0.29 Some orders where the customer has ordered multiple items (or had 2 orders merged) and you ship these from One Stop Order Processing the orders were not being marked as shipped on Ebay. This problem has now been resolved in this release.
If you are experiencing this problem, make sure you are running the latest version of One Stop Order Processing. INTRODUCED IN VERSION 2.0.0.29 This problem has now been resolved in this version. When you enter email setup details in the Quick Setup Wizard (by selecting the File->Quick Setup Wizard menu option) or entering details into the Email Setup (from the Email tab in the Options) the details are now saved and can be viewed from either method.
