To make sure that stock control works correctly your SKU's from different selling channels must be connected. The most efficient way to do this is to create a main product within OSOP and then connect all of your other SKU's for the  same product by using the combine button. You can export product details from One Stop Order Processing to a comma separated value file (CSV), you can then use this file to transfer product details or stock levels to other systems. Each product in One Stop Order Processing can now have up to 200 different SKUs for a single product. This can be useful to manage stock control for a product that is sold on different websites using different SKUs. Each of the 200 SKUs can be from any of the order types. For example, if you have the same product sold on the same Ebay site under 5 different SKUs you can add them to the list. Using the main SKU and different SKUs for your selling channels lets you manage a product that you sell on multiple online marketplaces. In the product import dialog (PRODUCTS->IMPORT->FROM FILE), there is an option called OVERWRITE PRODUCTS WITH SAME PRODUCT CODE (SKU). This dialog is shown in the picture below. To use the sizes from the product within OSOP rather than the details pulled in via the order you can do the following, Follow the menu option Couriers -> Courier setup -> Setup Couriers -> Royal Mail international Copy and paste the following macros into Width, Height and Depth fields  [%PRODUCT_WIDTH1%] [%PRODUCT_HEIGHT1%] [%PRODUCT_DEPTH%] This will use the products sizes for orders sent to Royal Mail for your international orders.
