Christmas Orders Alert

Urgent Alert:

One Stop Order Processing downloads orders for a fixed date range, if you have not been downloading orders regularly over the Christmas orders you may need to do a one off import with a longer date range to bring in orders from the holiday period.

To do this do the following :

. Click on the orange down arrow to open the import orders dialog
. For each of your imports do the following :

1) Double click on the import to open the import options.
2) Adjust the number of days to import order to 11.
3) Click Ok.
4) Click on import orders button to bring your orders into the system
5) When the import is complete, double click on the import to open the import options dialog again.
6) Change the number of days back to 5.
7) Close the dialog to save the changes.

Yodel Integration Testers Wanted

We have now integrated with Yodel, You can now print Labels for Yodel via OSOP.

If you would like to be one of the first to use this new OSOP feature, please get in touch.

To request approval from Yodel follow this link, approval usually takes between 24 and 48 hours

Windows 10 update Can Cause Printing Problems

Some of our customers have found that after a Windows 10 update their invoices won't print. This is caused by a problem with Microsoft Internet Explorer.

To fix the problem you will need to disable and then re-enable Internet Explorer.

Amazon Is Back Up and Running.

This morning Amazon servers went down for a couple of hours. They are back up and running again . However they will be very busy, so expect a slower time to import and receive your orders.
