 Upgrading your software (and how to run on Windows Vista)
Solution

All products have now been upgraded to work with Windows Vista. If you have problems running under Vista you should upgrade to the latest version of the product that you are using. 

NOTE: There is no charge to upgrade to the version of the software that you are running (as long as your version of Actinic has not changed).

Use the following approach to see if you are running the latest version of the software:

1 Go to the About box by clicking on the About button () on the main dialog. You can also select the About menu option by clicking on the small icon in the top left hand corner of the main window (shown below):

2 The following dialog is displayed. This shows you the current version that you are using. You should click on the Check from website button to see what the latest published version is. To upgrade your software you should then click on the upgrade button.



NOTE: When upgrad
ing, your existing licenses and settings are NOT overwritten. If reports (invoices, packing lists) are (re-)installed backups are made of the existing files. Refer to the help for information on where they are copied to.
