There are 3 different types of One Stop Order Processing licenses all designed to suit different types of businesses. Each license can be used to dramatically reduce your order processing time. In this 3-part series of blog posts I will talk you through how to get the most out of the license that you choose and some hints and tips on how to use One Stop Order Processing.

The Professional License

The Professional license is the middle license. It allows you to complete many tasks automatically and export orders in a file. You are also able to send emails from the software.

Key features

Exporting orders

You are able to export your orders into a format that suits your needs. One Stop Order Processing contains pre-set export templates for couriers such as My Hermes and DPD, accounting software etc. You are also able to easily create your own templates allowing you to create a file showing the information that you need.

In house stock control and management

You are able to track your stock levels from your selling channels within the software, you can then easily export a file containing these stock levels that can be imported into your selling channels

Tracking details

You can import your tracking details in bulk to One Stop Order Processing, then when your orders are shipped this will be automatically passed back to your selling channels, helping you to keep your seller metrics up.

Predictive stock control

One Stop Order Processing can predict your stock reorder date. This works on lead times and the average quantity sold over a chosen time period. You can then simply generate a report showing you all of the products that you need to reorder each day.

Advanced Order Processor

The advanced order processor allows you to automatically run tasks that can highlight and change specific fields, and check for deliveries.

Print courier labels within the software

You are able to generate most of your courier labels through One Stop Order Processing. You can then print them out on your invoice using integrated labels to avoid having to pair all of the labels up.
