Individually sending emails to customers can become time-consuming. It is also not always practical to send sales emails and invoices due to the time it takes to complete this.
Emails can be sent from One Stop Order Processing in batches, as the orders are imported or on request for situations such as invoice request.

How it Works?
Emails can be sent using One Stop Order Processing via an SMTP or MAPI client. Templates can be setup containing attachments such as invoices, courier labels and files. Furthermore, Batch Order Processing can be setup to automatically send an after sales email after a chosen number of days.
As an email is sent a flag can be set for the order ensuring that the email will not be resent to the customer.
