One Stop Order Processing allows you to export your order details to
various 3rd party applications such as courier and accounting software
using a very simple process.
To export your orders, you will need to tick the orders that you want
export as shown below and select the Export button ().
Once you have clicked on the Export button, you will be shown a list
of all the export options available as shown below.
Once you have selected the export option to use, you will be provided

In One Stop Order Processing, you can mark the orders as shipped to
clearly show the orders that have already been processed.
When orders are marked as shipped, the software displays a green tick
next to the order so that you can quickly see the order status.
You can also filter orders so that only unshipped orders are shown in
the order list.

When using the Netdespatch (currently available for Yodel and Royal
Mail) feature and the Custom Courier option you can create rules to
determine the service and courier to use.
Things to keep in mind whilst doing this are:
- Rules run in order from top to bottom so make sure that if there are
any overlaps you decide which rule should take priority.

Within One Stop Order processing we have created some views that will
allow you to be able to export the relevant information from your
orders to other service providers e.g. couriers or accounting
