This is due to order files now being saved as a UTF-8 format which can cause importing issues such as Sánchez being imported as Sánchez. When you select the amount of time between runs for Amazon, you will need to make sure that this is set to at least 1 minute. We recommend setting it to a minimum of 2-5 minutes to ensure there are no issues. There is a set amount of 60 runs per hour that can be made.
