There are steps required to ensure that Amazon gift messages are included in your printed invoices. You will need to make sure the macro linked to the custom value you are using for your gift message has been inserted into the HTML invoice template. You do not see values for those fields because on Amazon Marketplace you can only sell items that Amazon already sell's. Providing an ASIN will link to all these details that already exist on Amazon like Product name and Description, you can't override them. On SellerCentral you can specify your own name, price, shipping model etc. They both cost £25 a month and some people switch to SellerCentral due to its more flexible nature.

Introduced in version 2.0.0.28 If you click on the _Options_ button in the _Import_ dialog for the relevant Amazon Seller Central import and untick the _Perform Order Processing Tasks on Amazon FBA orders_. Any orders that are fulfilled by Amazon FBA will not have the tasks run. The new option is shown in the dialog below at the top of the dialog.

If you using Proffesional or higher you can automatically send an HTML invoice to your customer whenever you import their order. For Amazon, particularly, this will reduce (VAT) invoice request emails and keep your Account Health Response Time very high. When you import orders you can choose to split the VAT out (as some websites, e.g. Amazon, don't include the VAT amounts in sales figures). There are different ways to find the VAT rate to use. The new Product Mash tool now includes a "Price and Quantity" update within the "Amazon Seller Central" feed. This enables you to upload update feeds, to Amazon  in a simple format including SKU, Price and Quantity. This is useful for keeping stock levels up to date, on Amazon, as well as introducing price changes. The feed creates a .txt file and this could also be used with other listings/portals if the file is suitable.
When using the automated order import from Amazon, you may experience the following error: AmazonSC: InternetQueryDataAvailable AmazonSC: Request has expired. Timestamp date: 2016-03-31T011:45:30Z [RequestExpired:Sender] AmazonSC: Amazon logon error. Run Failed. This is due to the time on the computer being incorrect, you will need to update the date on your machine to get it working again correctly.    
If you have processed your orders using the IL_Invoicing software and you can only see some of your orders or you see the following dialog (in Microsoft Word): Make sure that you untick 'Only include unshipped orders'. This will then bring in all of your orders.
If you do change your Amazon or Ebay password you should not have to re-link (set up) One Stop Order Processing to the respective websites. When you link One Stop Order Processing to the websites (Amazon and Ebay) they provide One Stop Order Processing with a secure token that it uses to communicate with the websites (which is independent of the website password).

When you download the order information from Amazon SellerCentral you should download the New Orders and not the Unshipped orders. When you select the amount of time between runs for Amazon, you will need to make sure that this is set to at least 1 minute. We recommend setting it to a minimum of 2-5 minutes to ensure there are no issues. There is a set amount of 60 runs per hour that can be made. The program will stop you from importing orders if you make more than this amount. When you display Amazon (Seller Central) orders they have either Standard or Expedited shipping shown. When you use the AmazonshippingConfirmation view the "Shipping method" does not show the same value.
