To take a screenshot on your computer, press the 'PrtScn' button on your keyboard. This is normally on the top row and to the far right. If you also hold down the Alt-key (alt-PrtScn) then it will only take a screenshot of the currently selected window. This will copy the screen into your clipboard, so you can just paste it straight into an email to send to us. You can keep up to date with all the latest news and special offers by either reading or subscribing to the news channel on our support sites. To see the latest news and offers, click on the news icon (circled below)    You can also subscribe to our news feed. To do this click on the subscribe tab, then enter you email address and click on the submit button.    .  
You can change between our support sites by using the drop down selection box in the top right area of the page. This is circled in the picture below. You simply click this and the drop down menu will appear allowing you to select which support site you wish to view. This is shown below.
